Requirements
• Proven European experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, consulting or freelance/interim solutions. • A network of companies or decision-makers who hire freelancers, contractors or fractional professionals. • The ability to open doors, build trust and convert conversations into opportunities. • A commercial, entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset. • Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus. • Comfort working independently in a commission-only partnership. • Why partner with 10x.team http://10x.team? • Access to a large network of experienced freelancers and fractional professionals across Europe. • A highly attractive revenue share: 50% of the margin per successful match. • Full flexibility: work remotely, independently and alongside other activities.
Responsibilities
• Identify companies with a need for freelance, fractional or project-based professionals. • Reach out to decision-makers and introduce the 10x.team http://10x.team proposition. • Build relationships with new clients and uncover hiring or project needs. • Spot opportunities in areas such as legal, AI, finance, sales, marketing, operations, HR, compliance, healthcare and technology. • Convert opportunities into concrete freelance assignments. • Work with the 10x.team http://10x.team network to make successful client–freelancer matches. • Help grow our client base across Europe. • This is a flexible, commission-based partnership (at first). • 50% of the 10x.team http://10x.team margin on successful placements or matches you bring in. • No fixed hours – you can do this on top of your other commitment. • No cap on earnings. • A high-value proposition with strong market demand. • Access to a trusted European platform with senior experts across many domains. • The ability to help companies access top talent while helping professionals work on meaningful opportunities.
