Requirements
• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record hiring technical talent (AI, engineering, data, or product roles) • Familiarity with AI and ML hiring profiles and the technical bar for evaluating them • Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup, ideally where you built or significantly improved the hiring process rather than just running an existing one • Proven ability to manage a high volume of searches across multiple functions simultaneously without dropping quality or speed • Strong sourcing skills, including direct outreach to passive candidates, and comfort using recruiting and ATS tools to run a data-driven process • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience advising hiring managers and executives on hiring strategy • What Sets You Apart • What Sets You Apart • A bias toward building: you create scalable process and infrastructure rather than working around gaps in it • Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment • Prior experience using Rippling’s Recruiting module and Ashby (currently migrating ATS) • Creativity on how you’re leveraging AI to improve recruiting process • A strong point of view on candidate experience and employer brand • Experience recruiting for frontier LLM companies • Experience building a recruiting function from the ground up (first recruiting hire, or first few) • Experience recruiting for roles internationally (Europe, Singapore & China)
Responsibilities
• Own Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting Across the Company • Manage the entire hiring lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing, for roles spanning technical functions • Keep multiple searches moving at once without sacrificing candidate experience or hiring bar • Partner Strategically with Hiring Managers and Leadership • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives, translating open-ended hiring needs into clear role scopes, sourcing strategies, and interview plans • Bring market and compensation data to the table so leaders can make fast, informed decisions • Build and Scale Recruiting Infrastructure • Stand up the systems, processes, and metrics that let recruiting scale with the company, from applicant tracking workflows to structured interview kits to hiring dashboards the Head of People and leadership team can rely on • Champion Candidate Experience and Employer Brand • Own every candidate's experience of Prudentia, from first outreach to offer, ensuring it reflects our culture and values • Help tell Prudentia's story to prospective hires in a competitive market for technical talent
