Upsun (via Remote Woman) - Sales Enablement Manager

• Enablement program experience: Proven experience running sales enablement, revenue enablement, or GTM programs from start to finish in B2B technology, including programs that changed a measurable behavior. • Sales or solutions engineering background: Experience in sales or solutions engineering, with a clear sense of what sellers need in a live deal. • Sales or solutions engineering background: • Builder mindset with AI: Experience turning repeated work into systems that run without you, and hands-on use of AI for drafting, summarizing, or automated workflows. Knowledge of where AI saves time and where it adds review work. • Builder mindset with AI: • Clear thinking and measurement: Experience turning a goal into a defined problem, scope, steps, and success measure. Familiarity with choosing and tracking a leading indicator. • Clear thinking and measurement: • Technical product and tools: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and developer workflows, enough to talk with technical buyers.
