Requirements
• Proven track record in growth, sales, or marketing in a fast-paced, target-driven environment — ideally at a fintech, consumer tech, or high-growth startup • Deep cultural fluency with Nigerian diaspora communities in Europe — you understand their financial needs, trust signals, and communication styles • Demonstrable ability to hit and exceed acquisition or sales targets with clear data to back it up • Strong analytical skills — you can pull and interpret performance data, identify what's working, and adjust fast • Excellent relationship-builder — you can walk into a room of community leaders, earn their trust, and leave with a partnership • Self-directed and effective in a remote, field-based environment with minimal hand-holding • Comfortable with significant travel across Europe, including occasional weekends • Experience in remittances, cross-border payments, or diaspora-focused financial products • Existing network within Nigerian communities across one or more of our key European markets • Proficiency in a second European language (Italian, Spanish, or German)
