Responsibilities
• Event Marketing • Develop and execute field marketing strategies aligned to target segments and sales goals • Plan, manage, and execute events, customer roundtables, and sponsored industry gatherings • Partner with Sales team to drive event outreach, follow-up, and pipeline conversion • Own the EMEA field calendar with London as the base of operations • Run executive dinners, roundtables, and selective conference activations for priority accounts and priority regions • Coordinate tightly with sales, GTM, and ABM on who gets invited, why, and what should happen after • Keep event execution polished while staying commercially hard-nosed about what is worth repeating • Make sure every major event has a pre event plan, during event plan, and post event progression plan • Own local vendor relationships, venue strategy, and event execution quality without becoming an “events admin” • Marketing & Campaign Execution • Develop and provide strategic direction for campaigns focused on regional and vertical audiences • Launch localized email, social, and account-based marketing initiatives to target named accounts and high-value segments • Create program briefs, assets, and collateral that support campaign objectives • Track and report field program performance and ROI • Feed regional buyer and market insights back into campaign planning and content needs • Brand & Community Engagement • Build relationships with key ecosystem partners, associations, and community groups • Support customer advocacy programs, success stories, and reference generation activities • Help elevate Flagright’s brand in strategic accounts and target industries • Build repeatable client and community relationships where they genuinely improve access to enterprise buyers
