Requirements
• Seniority Level: Mid-level • 3–5+ years of experience in web design (preferably in B2C, DTC, eCommerce, or performance-driven environments) • Strong portfolio showcasing web design work (landing pages, product pages, marketing sites) • Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto layout, components, design systems) • Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles (CRO, UX fundamentals, hierarchy, clarity) • Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling environment, with the ability to move quickly, operate with ambiguity, and take ownership end-to-end • Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing creativity or design quality • Strong design instincts and visual taste — able to elevate the work, not just follow direction • Comfortable operating in a high-velocity environment with rapid iteration and continuous feedback • Strong communication and collaboration skills • UI/UX Knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
• Design modern, responsive web pages and components using Figma • Translate business goals, campaign briefs, and user insights into effective web experiences • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to execute and iterate on designs • Create high-fidelity mockups and ensure smooth developer handoff • Continuously improve designs based on performance data, user behavior, and testing insights • Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across web properties • Contribute to landing pages, product pages, and ongoing website optimization efforts • Bring creative ideas and design perspective to projects — contributing to both concept and execution • Balance speed and quality, delivering high-impact work in a fast-moving environment
