Requirements
• 1+ years in outbound sales, lead generation or a similar target-driven role (we’re open to strong early in career candidates who can show the drive) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and hold meaningful conversations with prospects • Excellent time management and organisation, and good at juggling and prioritising • Comfortable with CRM software and data analysis tools (Salesforce preferred) • A passion for learning and a continuous improvement mindset • A competitive, self-starting mindset with a drive to beat quota and win goals • A builder's mindset: you're energised by ambiguity and excited to help shape a new team • The ability to understand monday.com http://monday.com's solutions and connect them directly to customer ROI • Experience coordinating cross-functional support to help customers get the most from monday.com http://monday.com • A proven ability to identify and overcome sales objections • Fluent English and fluent Dutch (C1 or above) • French or an additional Benelux language is a strong plus • Experience selling into the Benelux market, or a good understanding of the local business culture • Experience with account-based or expansion selling • What monday.com http://monday.com can offer you:
