Requirements
• 사내 커뮤니케이션을 위한 비즈니스 영어 또는 중국어 활용 가능. • Crypto Exchange, Futures Trading Platform, Broker, Affiliate BD, Web3 Trading Product 관련 실무 BD 경험 필수. • 한국 시장 내 KOL, Affiliate, Broker, Trading Community 또는 유저 획득 채널에 대한 실제 네트워크 보유. • Rebate / Commission / Affiliate Program / Partner Incentive 구조에 대한 실무 이해. • 파트너 발굴, 협상, 온보딩, 활성화, 장기 관계 관리까지 직접 실행해본 경험. • 거래량, 활성 유저, 입금, Net Fee, Partner Revenue 등 과거 BD 성과를 구체적으로 설명할 수 있는 분. • 빠르게 움직이는 글로벌 크립토 환경에서 주도적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 분. • 글로벌 크립토 거래소, 선물 거래 플랫폼, 브로커 또는 Affiliate Network 경험. • 한국 KOL / Affiliate / Trading Community와의 직접적인 협업 경험. • Futures Trading, Copy Trading, API Trader, VIP Trader 또는 고빈도 거래 유저에 대한 이해. • 기존 파트너 리소스를 바탕으로 빠르게 초기 성과를 만들 수 있는 분.
Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard KOLs, affiliates, brokers, trading communities, and strategic partners in the Korean market • Lead end-to-end partner negotiations, terms, campaign planning, activation, and performance management • Design and execute collaboration models including rebate, commission, affiliate incentives, and broker partnerships • Manage existing partner relationships and continuously improve trading volume, active users, conversion rates, deposits, and revenue contribution • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and BD Leadership teams on partner campaigns, product feedback, and user growth • Analyze Korean crypto market trends, competitor activity, user behavior, and partner needs, then share insights internally • Coordinate with internal teams before external campaigns, partner promotions, and user-facing activities • Complete a 3-month ramp-up and performance review based on partner pipeline, onboarding, activation, volume/revenue contribution, and execution • Native-level Korean • Business English or Chinese for internal communication • in crypto exchange, futures trading platform, broker, affiliate BD, or Web3 trading product • Existing network of KOLs, affiliates, brokers, trading communities, or user acquisition channels in the Korean market • Practical understanding of rebate, commission, affiliate program, and partner incentive structures • in partner sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship management • Ability to clearly explain past BD results in trading volume, active users, deposits, net fee, and partner revenue • Proactive problem-solving ability in a fast-moving global crypto environment Nice-to-have: • at global crypto exchanges, futures platforms, brokers, or affiliate networks • Direct collaboration • with Korean KOLs, affiliates, or trading communities • Understanding of futures trading, copy trading, API traders, VIP traders, or high-frequency users • Ability to deliver early results using existing partner resources • Opportunity to lead Korean market KOL and affiliate BD growth at a global crypto trading platform • Collaboration with a fast decision-making global team • Performance-based
