Requirements
• A Technical Generalist: You are technical enough to ship your ideas and can navigate a modern tech stack. You don’t wait for an engineer to build a tool for you; you build it yourself. • A Technical Generalist: • Automation Obsessed: You are an expert in the modern automation stack (Zapier, Clay, OpenAI API) and love finding ways to remove manual friction. • Automation Obsessed: • Data-Driven: You don't just "feel" like a campaign worked; you prove it. You have deep experience with analytics tools (PostHog, Segment, Hex, etc.). • Data-Driven: • Growth Mindset: You understand that growth is a game of experiments. You ship quickly, measure, and iterate or kill projects based on how they perform. • Growth Mindset: • Product-Minded: You understand developers and the B2B world. You know that marketing to this audience means being helpful, technical, and providing immediate value. • Product-Minded: • Who You'll Be Working With • You will directly be working with our Marketing Lead, co-founders, and every department at the company to find stories and share them with the world • We are currently a team of 70 team members located all over the US and Europe. Our team’s backgrounds range from high school whiz kids, former founders of technology companies and fashion lines, world-class engineers, CMOs to CEOs, and have experience scaling businesses to millions in revenue. We want to work with exceptional people with a diverse background. At this early stage, you'll have the ability to work cross-functionally with many members of the team and solve a wide array of problems. • Introduction Phase: • [45m] Meet with hiring manager for introduction, Trevor Lynn, to assess for overall mindset and skill set • This first interview is a time to get to know more about the role, allow us to get to know you better, and ensure it's a good fit for both parties to continue moving forward in the process • Team Interview Phase: • [60m] Meet with a Marketing team member • [30m] Meet with hiring manager, Trevor Lynn • Use this time to review specifics about the job description and ask questions before the project phase begins. • You’ll build a project with Roboflow within a specified amount of time. • We check references and conduct a background check. • Final Interview Stage: • [60m] Meet with a Co-founder: Brad Dwyer, CTO or Joseph Nelson, CEO • [30m] Meet with Kate Wagner, Head of Operations • Note: you are welcome to request additional conversations with anyone you would like to meet and we will accommodate as best we can. • Where You'll Work • Where You'll Work • Roboflow is distributed across the US and Europe. We currently have Hubs in New York City and San Francisco with a mindset of opening more offices as we grow. We provide opportunities (like team onsites in different cities) and resources (like a travel stipend) to work in person with other team members as much as you'd like, while also supporting remote team members. You can work from one of our Hubs, work from home, work at co-working spaces, etc. We want you to work where you work best. Responsibilities
• You are building the machinery that powers our growth engine. You’ll be the intersection of engineering, marketing, and product, using AI to accelerate everything we do and building systems that scale our reach to the next 10 million developers. This is a high-impact, high-agency position to build a world-class growth function. • Build AI Automations: Design and deploy AI-driven workflows to automate lead qualification, content distribution, and personalized outreach. You should be the person asking, "How can we use LLMs to do this 10x faster?" • Build AI Automations: • Own the Website: Treat our website as a product. You’ll own the performance, experiments, and conversion paths, ensuring roboflow.com is a high-converting machine. • Own the Website: • GTM Engineering: Build the connective tissue between our tools. Whether it's connecting APIs, setting up webhooks, or building custom scrapers, you bridge the gap between marketing ideas and technical execution. • GTM Engineering: • Lifecycle Marketing: Design the end-to-end user journey. You’ll use email flows, in-app triggers, and retention loops to turn a first-time user into a power user and advocate. • Lifecycle Marketing: • Analytics & Integration: You’ll ensure we have a clear view of our funnel from first touch to closed-won and find opportunities across all channels to increase leads, pipeline, and revenue. You have a track record of stitching together a Marketing stack and managing data pipelines. • Analytics & Integration: • Be a Generalist: On any given day, you might be building automations with Sales, working on a viral website for a product launch, or spinning up a new programmatic SEO strategy.
