Requirements

Responsibilities
• Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers via chat and email • Understand and identify customer needs, guiding them through specific features and functionalities • Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and customer records • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
