Responsibilities

• Research organizations that would be a good fit for Instrumentl • Make over 400 dials per week to engage prospects and book demos with the team • Track and document account and decision-maker details in our CRM so that we can close • Learn how our value proposition applies to different types of organizations, so that you can engage in quality conversation on the phone • Spend 10% of your time collaborating with other departments and/or working on experiments that we think have the potential to be a force multiplier • ## An excellent hire will: • Book 10+ demos for the team every week through top of funnel outreach (we have people doing more than 10/week today) • Win over organizations with fast follow through, strong attention to detail, and palpable customer empathy • Communicate insights and blockers from conversations to help inform how to make our pitch better
