Requirements
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles in banking or customer-focused industries. • Negotiation and commercial ownership. A master negotiator with a track record of driving commercial and acquisition outcomes and turning partnerships into measurable growth. • A growth and acquisition orientation. You've turned partnerships or campaigns into measurable client acquisition, online and in person, and you think in funnels, not just relationships. • Channel or referral partnership experience. You've built or run a referral or channel pipeline that produced real, attributable results. • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with real comfort in CAC, LTV, and attribution. • A strong network in Canada (and ideally the US) across relevant commercial, tech, and community ecosystems. • A 0-to-1 operator with high urgency, strong ownership, and a bias for action. • Brand experiential marketing experience, especially activations built to drive real-world customer acquisition, including agency and rights-holder relationships. • Business banking or SMB acquisition experience. • Product partnerships experience as it pertains to integrated referrals. • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on impact and outcomes.
