Requirements

• Public Sector Sales Experience: A proven track record in enterprise software sales within government or public sector organisations, with a strong understanding of tender processes, procurement frameworks, and how to influence buying decisions. • Domain Expertise: Experience selling complex software platforms — ideally in data, analytics, AI, machine learning, or business intelligence. Platform sales experience strongly preferred over point-solution backgrounds. • Domain Expertise: • New Business Hunter: Demonstrated ability to acquire new logos and drive significant net new revenue in a market where warm introductions and event presence matter more than cold outreach. • New Business Hunter: • Value-Driven Approach: Skilled at understanding the unique challenges of public sector clients and articulating how Dataiku delivers tangible outcomes — including AI sovereignty, on-premise deployment capabilities, and data governance. • Value-Driven Approach: • Partner & Reseller Network: Established relationships within the German public sector reseller ecosystem, with the ability to leverage partners to navigate certification requirements and accelerate deals. • Partner & Reseller Network: • Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable working cross-functionally with pre-sales, customer success, and partner teams to move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. • Collaborative Spirit: • Language Proficiency: Native or business-fluent German is required.
