Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales within a B2B SaaS or technology company. • Experience prospecting and selling into the North American (US) market. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. • Confidence and enthusiasm for making outbound cold calls and conducting high-volume prospecting activities. • Ability to understand customer pain points and articulate Skyflow's value proposition effectively. • Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills. • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools. • Strong research, prospecting, and account-mapping capabilities. • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn about technology, cybersecurity, data privacy, financial services, and healthcare industries. • Experience prospecting into enterprise accounts and navigating complex buying committees. • Familiarity with account-based prospecting and multi-threading strategies. • Experience working with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms. • Previous experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS environments.
Responsibilities
• Generate qualified pipeline opportunities for the US sales team through outbound prospecting efforts. • Research, identify, and engage decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market organizations. • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives. • Develop a strong understanding of Skyflow's products, solutions, and value proposition. • Collaborate closely with Marketing to optimize messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies. • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify target accounts and expansion opportunities. • Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in Salesforce and other sales tools. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
