Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role. • Demonstrated success generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently over the phone. • Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to incorporate them into daily workflows. • Comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as part of pipeline generation efforts. • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, identity, cybersecurity, or related technology industries is preferred.
