Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in technology/FinTech role with in-house experience. • Strong communication and organisational skills focused on delivering business results and team collaboration. • Ability to source passive candidates via multiple channels (LinkedIn, Social Media, Databases). • Enjoy all stages of recruitment while ensuring positive candidate experiences. • Natural communicator capable of building rapport with candidates and maintaining a talent pool for future roles. • Positive mindset towards seeing beyond the CV to understand potential fit within OpenPayd culture. • Interest in employer branding on social media platforms, contributing actively to these areas. • Experience recruiting across various countries including UK, Turkey, Belgium, Malta, Bulgaria and more EU nations. • Ability to support wider People Team initiatives such as Employer Branding, People Culture initiatives, Social Activities. • Proactive attitude willing to go above and beyond expectations with a can-do approach. • Advanced English language skills for global recruitment capabilities. (If familiarity is implied) • Knowledge of LEVER would be considered beneficial but not explicitly required.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for sourcing passive candidates via various channels. • Managing job adverts and reviewing/pre-screening direct applications. • Contributing to the overall growth of talent at OpenPayd by building talent pools for future roles. • Collaborating with wider Talent Team on contracts, employment verification etc. • Supporting broader People Team initiatives: Employer Branding and People Culture initiatives; Social Activities. • Being part of a global network to support the growth of OpenPayd offices across Europe and beyond.
