• Sales experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or managed care • Established relationships with brokers and/or employers in your target region strongly preferred • Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Understanding of health plan mechanics (network design, benefits structure, employer plan selection) • Excellent relationship management and presentation skills • You are located in GA, FL, NY, IL or MA and are willing to travel regionally as needed • If we interview you, you can expect the following process • Initial 30 – 45 minute conversation with Elizabeth, Will or Max on our team • A 30 min panel conversation with our Growth team • A ~2 hour take-home assignment intended to be similar to on-the-job work • An onsite interview • GA, FL, NY, IL, MA
