Responsibilities
• GENERATE OUTBOUND PIPELINE (USED-FIRST) • Cold-call and message independent dealers and retail groups • Open relevant commercial conversations about Used Car Advertising • Book qualified meetings only for BDMs • QUALIFY BEFORE YOU BOOK • Ask structured discovery questions • Understand dealer context (stock size, sales velocity, appetite to invest) • Disqualify early when there’s no fit • BUILD STRONG SALES FUNDAMENTALS • Learn how carwow demand works • Develop an understanding of used-car dealer economics • Improve messaging and objection handling through repetition and feedback • OPERATE WITH DISCIPLINE • Hit clear daily and weekly activity targets • Maintain accurate CRM records • Protect BDM time by avoiding low-quality meetings
