Requirements

• You’re a strong storyteller with a passion for creating content that resonates • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity • You excel at execution: you can take a strategy or brief and turn it into high-quality content quickly and effectively • You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple content streams and deadlines simultaneously • You’re collaborative and enjoy working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, and Design • You’re proactive and resourceful, able to move projects forward with minimal oversight • You’re data-informed and use insights to improve content performance • Bachelor's Degree • 4-6+ years of product or content marketing experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience creating content for B2B and/or SaaS companies strongly preferred • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is a plus • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to shift gears quickly and effectively • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, internally and with outside vendors and partners w/ extreme attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Execute against LeafLink’s content strategy across channels, including blog, email, web, campaigns, sales collateral, webinar, and video • Create high-quality, engaging content including thought leadership pieces, industry insights, case studies, guides, and editorial content • Write and develop campaign copy across channels, including email, landing pages, paid media, and other campaign assets • Partner with the Product team to translate product features and updates into clear, compelling, benefit-driven content • Support go-to-market initiatives with content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline • Collaborate with Sales to develop impactful sales enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, competitive positioning, and customer stories • Work with Growth and Brand teams to bring campaigns to life through strong messaging and creative execution • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all content touchpoints • Monitor content performance and incorporate feedback to continuously improve output • Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs to inform content development
