Requirements

• Experience with Clay, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Background in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries

Responsibilities

• Build Marloo's outbound motion • Own your target list, your outreach, and the systems that make it repeatable • Use AI as leverage. Whatever tool gets you to a booked demo faster • Run first demos for smaller firms and close them yourself • Hand off larger firms to the founding team after the first demo • Feed the market back to us: objections, competitor mentions, what is landing • You're a fit if • You're a fit if • You have done outbound before, formally or through scrappy hustle at an early stage company • You are coachable, hungry, competitive, and sharp • You are a natural on the phone and your cold outreach does not sound like cold outreach • You would rather be making calls than sitting in planning meetings • You are an active AI user who finds leverage in every tool you touch • You are London based and want to be in the office
