Requirements

• Experience in outbound sales, ideally selling financial products or services. • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Business fluency in English, written and spoken. • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. • A passion for continuous learning, feedback, and personal development. • A self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to succeed. • Experience in the hospitality industry. • Knowledge of SaaS and consultative selling. • Experience using Salesforce and managing sales pipelines. • A background in banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while advising merchants on Lightspeed Capital solutions. • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and identify opportunities to expand their use of financial services. • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and customer growth. • Achieve sales targets through strategic account management while collaborating closely with regional sales leaders.
