Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment • Fluent English and native-level French (both written and spoken) • Background in the security industry is a strong advantage • Proven track record in planning and executing successful product, service, or market launches, with strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills • Deep understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and the full marketing mix • Demonstrated success in delivering commercially impactful marketing projects • Proactive, open-minded, and results-driven professional with an ambitious yet easy-going approach • Willingness to travel across France • Personal qualities: • Analytical thinking • Systematic approach • Self-organization • Teamwork ability • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
Responsibilities
• Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution, managing campaigns that promote Ajax products within the framework of the Regional Business Plan. • Drive B2B marketing activities: promotions, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, certification courses, case studies, presentations, trade marketing activities, professional media publications, motivation programs, etc. • Report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make adjustments to increase efficiency. • Develop and update marketing materials; contribute to the creation of partner development tools by presenting regional market needs and features. • Monitor the implementation of marketing policies in the distribution channel, ensuring delivery of all existing marketing materials and tools (created by Ajax HQ) to business partners. • Conduct deep analysis of partners’ businesses and local market insights to generate ideas for growing Ajax’s share and sales with each partner. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales managers on the partner side to strengthen Ajax’s presence and sales. • Ensure effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders. • Gather regional product feedback and needs, sharing information with the R&D team. • Manage marketing budgets and oversee the project approval process. • Hold regular meetings with partners and maintain close alignment with the sales team. • Freedom to make decisions and implement ideas • We are working to ensure that people's lives are calm and the world safe. • Let's become a part of the team that creates in Ukraine a smart and useful global product.
