• Move important improvements from a loosely defined problem to a working result. As Special Projects Lead, you will clarify what needs to change, decide what matters most, bring the right people together, and carry projects through implementation and handoff.
• Define project scope, intended outcomes, owners, and completion criteria with the people closest to the problem.
• Prioritize cross-functional initiatives by guest impact, operating efficiency, and business value.
• Build clear project plans and coordinate the people and dependencies needed to deliver them.
• Use AI-enabled workflows and automation to reduce manual project tracking and follow-up.
• Identify blockers early, resolve tradeoffs, and keep decision-makers informed.
• Work with department teams to simplify processes before adding tools or automations.
• Lead implementation, user adoption, and handoff so completed projects continue working without daily project-team support.
• Capture results and lessons in reusable SOPs, templates, and operating practices.
