Requirements
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B technical sales in a quota-carrying role • Successful track record of self-sourced, net new accounts • Hunter mindset with the ability to creatively generate leads; SDR experience prior to Account Executive experience is highly preferred • Excellent with pricing negotiation and communicating product value to the customer • Proficiency with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot • Proven track record of above-target performance and commitment in previous roles • Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels • Ability to work in an onsite environment
Responsibilities
• Manage and grow the account with a focus on increasing revenue. • Develop strategies to attract new clients within targeted industries. • Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. • Prepare monthly sales reports detailing performance metrics, client acquisition progress, and financial targets met or exceeded. • Attend weekly team meetings for account updates and collaborative strategy development. • Participate in quarterly review sessions with senior management to discuss the status of accounts and align on goals. • Coordinate marketing efforts including digital campaigns aimed at promoting services offered by Coram AI. • Liaise between sales representatives, customer service teams, and clients for seamless account representation across all touchpoints. • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities or threats that could impact the business of accounts under management.
