enode - Partnerships Manager
Requirements
• We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to work closely with the manufacturers (OEMs) whose devices are optimised by Enode. OEM partners are a vital part of Enode’s platform, and how we work with them determines how fast we scale as a company. Enode is partnering with leading automotive, EV charger and solar & storage companies, e.g. VW Group, Zaptec and Solis. You'll sign new partners, succeed with existing ones, improve our product, and shape the playbook we use to do it. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in early-stage ambiguity and problem solving. • You’ll be working directly with Henrik, Enode’s Head of Partnerships, and work closely with our CEO and leaders across GTM and Product. Partnerships is a small senior team of four people, and you will directly shape how we operate.
Responsibilities
• Source, negotiate, and close new OEM partnerships end-to-end, from first conversation to signed agreement • Grow and retain existing OEM partners, making sure they see real value from working with Enode • Identify and sell new products to OEMs, opening up new revenue streams • Develop and improve the partnerships playbook, including redesigning processes using AI • Represent Enode at industry events, conferences, and on panels • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver on partner commitments and improve our platform • THIS ROLE WILL BE RIGHT FOR YOU, IF:
