Requirements

• Proven track record as a senior sales leader within a B2B SaaS or technology environment, with demonstrable success in scaling teams and revenue in the DACH and/or Benelux markets • Deep experience leading transformational change within a sales organisation — whether through hypergrowth, restructuring, or cultural evolution • Strong background in building and developing high-performing sales teams from the ground up or through periods of significant change • Experience operating within a private equity-backed business, with a solid understanding of PE-driven growth metrics and reporting expectations • Track record of leading cross-functional collaboration to align sales with broader commercial objectives • Exceptional pipeline management and forecasting discipline, with the ability to hold the team accountable to rigorous commercial standards • Strong analytical capability — comfortable translating data into insight and insight into action and utilising AI toolsets to drive analysis • Outstanding communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders and PE investors • Fluency in English required along with German with Dutch highly advantageous • Deep understanding of complex, enterprise SaaS sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deal management • Leadership Qualities • A tenacious, driven and energetic leader who has experience transforming teams and organising to be best-in-class. • Resilient and adaptable — able to lead with confidence through ambiguity and change whilst maintaining vision, clarity and accountability. • A talent developer at heart, committed to the growth of every individual in the team • Commercially sharp with a strategic mindset, but grounded in operational execution

Responsibilities

• ## Sales Leadership & Team Development • Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Executives across DACH and Benelux, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning and high performance • Drive talent acquisition, onboarding and retention to build a best-in-class regional sales function to drive transformation and cross functional working towards product and client portfolio growth • Lead the team through periods of significant organisational and commercial change, maintaining engagement and momentum throughout • Define clear roles, expectations and development paths to attract and retain top sales talent in the region • ## Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy • Own and deliver the regional revenue number, setting ambitious but achievable targets aligned to company growth objectives • Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy, identifying account profiles and routes to market across DACH and Benelux • Partner with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services and Product to drive a coordinated, cross-functional approach to pipeline generation and deal execution • Champion a customer-centric sales approach that drives long-term value and retention • ## Pipeline Management & Forecasting • Instil rigorous pipeline management disciplines across the team, ensuring consistent application of sales methodology and CRM hygiene • Deliver accurate and reliable weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts to senior leadership and stakeholders • Analyse pipeline health, conversion rates and deal velocity to identify risks and opportunities, taking proactive corrective action where needed • ## Private Equity & Stakeholder Reporting • Operate with a clear understanding of private equity performance frameworks, including ARR growth, net revenue retention and Rule of 40 metrics • Present regional performance, forecasts and strategic initiatives clearly to executive leadership • Ensure the regional sales motion is structured to support scalable, reportable growth in line with expectations and business milestones • ## Cross-Functional Collaboration • Act as a senior voice of the customer and region internally, influencing product roadmap, pricing strategy and go-to-market decisions • Build strong relationships across Marketing, SalesOps, Pre-Sales. Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and a unified customer experience • Collaborate with HR and Sales Enablement to drive training, onboarding and performance management programmes across the sales team
