Requirements
• 4+ years in strategic sales • Experience selling complex security, identity, or cloud solutions • Track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals • Experience working with executive buyers (CISO, CIO, etc.) • Strong account planning and deal orchestration skills • Why This Role This is not a role for someone who wants to manage volume. You'll own a small number of accounts that matter enormously, build relationships at the executive level, and directly influence how Oasis wins its most strategic deals.
Responsibilities
• Own and develop a focused set of strategic accounts • Build multi-threaded relationships with executive stakeholders • Drive long-cycle, complex enterprise deals • Define and execute clear account strategies • Partner closely with SEs on highly technical sales cycles • Prioritize ruthlessly and focus on the deals that matter most • Expand accounts through structured land-and-expand motions
