Coral Care - Sales Specialist
Requirements
• 2+ years in a phone-based sales, recruiting, or customer onboarding role with clear targets • Energized by high call volume and relentless about follow-up • Clear, warm communicator who can explain something new simply • Organized and detail-oriented; you log everything without being asked • Experience selling to two-sided marketplaces, healthcare, or consumer services • Comfort switching between different audiences and pitches • You'll thrive here if you like hitting numbers, you're energized by talking to people all day, and you want to help build a playbook rather than follow one.
Responsibilities
• Have great conversations by phone and video with people interested in Coral Care. • Understand their needs and explain clearly how we can help. • Move people from interest to commitment, and help them get started. • Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email. • Keep the CRM clean. Log every conversation and outcome in HubSpot. • What success looks like • 30 days: You know our offering and pitch, and you're running conversations on your own. • 30 days: • 60 days: You're consistently hitting your goals. • 60 days: • 90 days: You're a trusted part of your team and helping shape how we scale. • 90 days:
