Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years of successful experience in the financial services industry • CFP® (Certified Financial Planning) designation required. Additional credentials preferred. • Ability to create content and deliverables in high volume, fast-paced environments • Track record of success with ultra-high net worth clients and complex financial planning situations • Experience determining the needs of advisors, partners and prospects through investigative questions, offering solutions and asking for the right actions. • Proficiency in public speaking, to clients, prospective clients, and advisors, including large groups. • Successful track record of creating and implementing new programs and ideas across the organization. • Deep understanding of the financial planning profession and a forward-looking mindset • Skilled understanding of the business development environment, including channel partners • Comprehensive industry, financial planning, and investment management knowledge • Excellent communication, presentation, listening and analytical skills. • Strong attention to detail, and exceptional follow through • Strong computer aptitude with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Established and active industry network • Work Schedule: • This professional role requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. • Working Conditions: • Working Conditions: • Professional office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting, will be assigned to a workstation, no heavy lifting over 20 lbs. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs. • $150,000—$175,000 USD
