• WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH • Strategic Account Retention • Drive exceptional client retention through proactive relationship management, strategic account planning, and early risk identification across your assigned portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. Build deep, multi-threaded client relationships that create sustainable competitive advantage and position Hinge Health as an indispensable strategic partner rather than a vendor. • Executive Relationship Management • Build and maintain meaningful relationships per client across different organizational levels. Identify decision-makers, map influence networks, and establish trust with C-suite executives through strategic value conversations that demonstrate measurable business impact. • Independent Strategic Thinking • When facing client challenges, research solutions, analyze options, and present recommendations with data-driven rationale. Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving and drive decisions without constant management oversight, acting as the trusted advisor clients turn to during critical moments. • Revenue Impact Focus • Understand how each client interaction connects to business outcomes (retention, expansion, competitive positioning) and articulate the specific value you're creating through relationship investments. Consistently achieve 100%+ net revenue retention through strategic renewals and expansion opportunities. • A Strategic Relationship Builder: You don't just manage accounts—you architect partnerships. You naturally build trust with C-suite executives and can navigate complex organizational hierarchies with ease. • An Independent Problem Solver: When challenges arise, you don't escalate—you investigate, develop solutions, and present recommendations. You thrive in ambiguity and can facilitate cross-functional alignment without formal authority. • Resilient Under Pressure: You energize during renewal seasons and high-stakes negotiations. Compressed timelines and competing priorities don't overwhelm you—they motivate you. • Data-Driven and Strategic: You translate complex data (utilization metrics, claims analyses, stakeholder feedback) into compelling executive-level narratives that drive purchasing decisions and strategic alignment. • 10+ years in enterprise account management with demonstrated success managing strategic client relationships. Healthcare, benefits, or SaaS experience strongly preferred. • Proven track record of managing strategic enterprise accounts simultaneously while maintaining exceptional retention rates (95%+) in high-growth or competitive environments. • Complex stakeholder management expertise across multiple organizational levels, including C-suite executives, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders. • Strategic relationship building with ability to establish trust quickly, maintain engagement during extended renewal cycles (12+ months), and recover from at-risk accounts. Must provide specific examples of turning around challenging client situations. • Experience achieving 100%+ net revenue retention, including managing contract negotiations, performance guarantee discussions, and pricing conversations with procurement and C-suite stakeholders. • Experience navigating organizational changes (mergers, leadership transitions, budget cuts) while preserving client relationships and identifying expansion opportunities. • Experience working with intermediaries (consultants, brokers, health plans) who influence but don't control purchasing decisions. • Demonstrated ability to conduct competitive analyses and translate complex data (utilization data, claims analyses, stakeholder feedback) into executive-level presentations that drive purchasing decisions. • Startup experience valued for adaptability and ownership mindset.
