Baringa - Senior Manager - Health and Life Sciences

• You’ve worked in health, life sciences, clinical research, health data, or adjacent regulated environments, with a strong understanding of how these ecosystems operate. • You will have experience working across UK government, NHS organisations, or arm’s length health bodies, ideally with exposure to multiple parts of the system. • You’ve operated in complex stakeholder environments, where success depends on alignment across organisations with different incentives and priorities. • You will have experience in commercial development, bid/proposal work, or pipeline building, ideally within consulting, advisory, or public-private environments. • You’ve contributed to delivery of programmes or transformation initiatives, not just strategy definition. • You will understand or have exposure to health data systems, digital health infrastructure, or research platforms, and their role in enabling innovation. • You’ve worked with or alongside life sciences or pharmaceutical organisations, particularly in research, partnerships, or innovation contexts. • You will have strong relationship-building skills and experience connecting senior stakeholders across fragmented systems. • What a career at Baringa will give you • Putting People First. • Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture.
