Requirements

• At least six months of B2B sales or another target driven outreach role • Experience conducting phone-based prospecting • Clear and concise verbal communication • Experience working consistently towards activity or performance targets • Openness to regular feedback, coaching and continued development • An interest in developing a long term career in sales • The ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced remote environment • Some familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo • An undergraduate degree in a science discipline • Experience working within the Life Science Industry, or Pharmaceutical Industry

Responsibilities

• Manage your pipeline of pre-qualified companies and convert prospects into demos of the market-leading SciLeads SaaS platform • Conduct regular outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn • Work consistently towards defined activity, demo and performance targets • Maintain accurate prospect and activity information within the CRM • Work closely with Sales Managers to develop your approach and performance • Be a key part of the sales process and the company’s success
