Requirements
• You have at least 6-12 months of experience in a sales development role at a tech or software company. • You have ambition, resilience, and a genuine passion for career growth. • You have a curiosity to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • You're comfortable picking up the phone to senior people (C-Suite, Directors etc). • You're obsessed with finding new ways of delivering business growth; you're motivated by hitting targets and capable of self-directing. • You're interested in sales psychology and communication. You're always testing and trying new things to figure out what messaging converts a prospect into a meeting
Responsibilities
• Engage in prospecting activities to identify potential clients for our products/services within London's business community. • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions through regular communication via phone calls, emails, meetings or events as required. • Attend industry networking events regularly to establish new contacts that could potentially benefit the company’s growth in terms of client acquisition and retention strategies within London's business environment. • Collaborate with sales team members by sharing leads identified during prospecting activities for potential follow-ups, ensuring a seamless handover process from Business Development to Sales department as needed. • Monitor industry trends relevant to our products/services and provide regular reports on these findings which could impact business strategies or opportunities within the London marketplace. • Participate in training sessions offered by Sona for continuous professional development, focusing specifically on sales techniques that are effective in a hybrid work environment (both online and offline).
