OpenPayd - Relationship Manager

• Two to three years' experience in a customer-facing role in customer success, account management or sales within FX, banking, cross-border payments, fintech or a similar environment; exposure to crypto or digital assets is desirable. • Direct experience of supporting customers from a range of backgrounds and building effective stakeholder relationships. • A general understanding of FX, bank transfers, fintech and PSD2, together with an interest in payments and financial infrastructure. • A basic understanding of APIs and confidence discussing client requirements with internal teams. • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including reporting and accurate client management. • Confidence using Microsoft Office and workplace communication or project tools such as Slack, Trello or HubSpot. • The ability to drive projects, improve operational efficiency and propose practical solutions. • Excellent communication skills, including the confidence to manage challenging conversations and influence C-level stakeholders. • A proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to go beyond the baseline to support clients.
