Reset - Partnerships Manager
Requirements
• Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 base salary (depending on experience and location), competitive equity package, and other benefits including healthcare • Organizational instincts: You keep many workstreams moving at once without dropping threads, and you create structure where there is none. • Organizational instincts: • Clear communication: Your writing is crisp and professional. You're comfortable being the voice of Reset in emails, documents, and supporting live meetings with partners. • Clear communication: • Client presence: You're as at ease in a meeting with a partner's leadership team as you are deep in the details of a project plan. • Client presence: • Product judgment: You’re a systems thinker and can learn a product deeply. You see how the pieces fit: how the requirements of an ecosystem partner affect our product, our FI customers, and our timelines. You know when to push, when to escalate, and when to bring in technical expertise. • Product judgment: • Bias for action: You're a self-starter who follows through without being chased. You're not precious about your job description, and you do what needs to be done. • Bias for action: • Growth mindset: You want to keep expanding what you own, and you learn quickly from feedback. • Growth mindset: • AI fluency: You already use AI tools to work faster and smarter. Bonus if you've built automations or AI-powered workflows. • AI fluency: • Relevant experience: 3+ years in roles that combined process and coordination work with client-, prospect-, or ecosystem partner-facing responsibility, such as sales, partnerships, sales operations, deal desk, implementation, onboarding, or customer success. Experience in fintech, payments, or bank and credit union technology is preferred; B2B SaaS backgrounds are also a plus.
