StackCommerce - Creator Partnerships Manager
Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or creator/influencer/partnership roles. • A proven track record managing and growing high-profile accounts or creator/influencer or publisher relationships. • Working knowledge of affiliate networks, creator platforms, and social platforms. • Familiarity with AI and automation tools, and a genuine desire to expand how you use them. • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills — you can influence and guide top-tier accounts. • Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Claude, Looker is a plus. • Relationship-driven • Relationship-driven • Warm and relationship driven, the person creators want to hear from. • Builds trust quickly and anticipates creator needs. • Balances fierce advocacy for the creator with what’s right for the business. • Fiercely Independent • Entrepreneurial, and eager to grow within the role and the company. • An effective communicator in a remote environment, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. • Thrives in a fast-paced startup and enjoys wearing many hats. • Brings mature, measured judgment and solves problems on your own. • Goals-driven • Deadline-driven and composed under pressure. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Analytical, and energized by reaching and exceeding revenue goals. • Fluent in KPIs and the business metrics that measure success. • Always spotting new opportunities and new brands to connect with. • A Fast Learner • Genuinely interested in digital marketing and e-commerce, and up to speed on the latest trends. • Comfortable with, and excited by, new and emerging technology and media channels.
Responsibilities
• Own strategic creator partnerships. Manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier influencers and creators, anticipating their needs and building for long-term retention and success. • Own strategic creator partnerships. • Drive performance and growth. • Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000 (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions).
