Requirements

• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a mid-market or full-cycle closing role • Auto service industry knowledge strongly preferred — understanding how shops and SMS platforms operate is a significant advantage • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) • Self-motivated and able to create your own structure — non-negotiable • Project mindset: can manage a complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycle with discipline • Strong communicator, active listener, and problem solver with sharp time management • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% — non-negotiable

Responsibilities

• We're looking for a high-energy, self-motivated AE to own the full sales cycle — targeting multi-location auto repair groups and independent shops ready to scale, with a goal of 2 new rooftops per month. • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. • Navigate multiple 8-10 stakeholders to identify decision-makers and move deals forward. • Develop creative outreach strategies and articulate Tekmetric's value proposition to shop owners and operators. Inform product and marketing strategy. • Surface pain points and business objectives of prospective shop owners and multi-rooftop operators. • Partner with Onboarding on results-based Proof of Concepts and ensure seamless sales-to-implementation handoffs. • Introduce new clients to their Customer Success Manager, setting them up for long-term value and sub-1% churn. Own your pipeline. • Actively prospect, request referrals, and nurture relationships to build a healthy, self-sourced pipeline. • Build your reputation in the auto repair community and represent Tekmetric at local and national roadshows.
