Paxos - Product Marketing Lead, Platform
Requirements
• 7-10 years of product marketing in B2B tech or financial services • Strong enterprise sales cycle knowledge and enablement • Experience marketing complex tech to enterprise buyers • Excellent written and verbal communication • Track record of successful product launches • Strong cross-functional project management
Responsibilities
• Drive the product marketing strategy for Paxos' platform offerings, including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis • Partner with product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on market insights and customer feedback • Develop compelling sales enablement materials and train sales teams on effectively positioning our platform capabilities • Lead product launches from start to finish, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring successful execution • Create thought leadership content that establishes Paxos as the leader in blockchain infrastructure for financial institutions • Build deep understanding of customer needs and translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions • Collaborate with design teams to create visuals that effectively communicate our platform's technical architecture
