Remote Junior NA Business Development Manager BDR Business Development Coaching Reporting Prospecting Cold Calling

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs focused exclusively on the manufactured housing vertical. • Own team performance against weekly and monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline created. • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and role-play sessions to improve prospecting and discovery skills. • Oversee and continuously refine the team's outbound strategy across cold calling and email • Hire and onboard new BDR team members and ramp them to productivity quickly. • Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and strong meeting-to-opportunity conversion. • Partner with marketing to align on ICP targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy for the MH segment. • Monitor and report on key BDR metrics — dials, connects, meetings booked, pipeline created — and present weekly updates to sales leadership. • Enforce CRM hygiene standards and consistent data entry practices across the team. • Contribute to playbook development for the manufactured housing vertical.
