• This individual will also have experience and knowledge of the contact center as a service space (CCaaS), a proven track record in sales leadership, and a passion for driving growth in the customer experience (CX) market. • How will you make an impact? • Develop and execute strategic sales territory plans to drive revenue growth for NiCE's advanced digital and AI solutions including CXone • Lead a high-performing sales to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional sales support to the CX account teams • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients in the digital solutions market • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for NiCE go to market sales initiatives • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement • Responsible for managing team composition, including recruitment and separation processes • Have you got what it takes? • Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the digital solutions and contact center space • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in individual contributor role in enterprise software sales in like or similar market • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills • Deep understanding of digital technologies and trends in the digital solutions market • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper growth, extremely high-volume sales environment • Requisition ID: 11249 • Reporting into: Vice President, Sales, South Asia • Role Type: People Manager
