Requirements

• Experience: 1–4 years in B2B SaaS sales or within the sports/media industry. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Fluent in English, French and Spanish is required • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple opportunities independently. • This position is remote within South Europe, with regular travel to client sites and industry events. We welcome candidates located in France, Spain, Portugal, or Italy.

Responsibilities

• 1. Sales Execution • Lead the full sales process, from first contact and discovery to negotiation and close, for deals up to $200K ARR. • Deliver tailored demos and presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of ScorePlay’s platform. • Develop persuasive proposals and RFP responses that align with client needs and regional market dynamics. • Manage forecasting, deal hygiene, and CRM accuracy to ensure transparent and data-driven reporting. • 2. Pipeline Development • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within clubs, regional leagues, and federations, focusing on small to mid-sized organizations across South Europe. • Execute outreach strategies through a combination of prospecting, referrals, and inbound lead conversion. • Qualify, prioritize, and manage opportunities to maintain a healthy and predictable pipeline. • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize regional lead generation efforts and ensure pipeline coverage. • 3. Relationship Growth & Strategic Expansion • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across clubs, leagues, and federations to drive retention and upsell opportunities. • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding and continued client success. • Act as a trusted regional advisor, staying close to client needs and identifying opportunities for expansion and referrals. • Represent ScorePlay at key industry events and leverage networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and credibility in South Europe
