Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience in healthcare benefits or HR tech • Demonstrated experience selling to HR leaders, benefits managers, or plan designers • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Startup experience or comfort operating in an ambiguous, high-growth environment • 1. Initial Recruiter Interview: 30 min • 2. Hiring Manager interview: 45 minutes • 3. Panel interview: 30 minutes • 4. Take home assignment: ~2 hours • 5. Onsite: 2 hours

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a pipeline of prospects within our core ICP (plan designers / benefits decision-makers / TPA backroom / BPO opportunities) • Execute full-cycle sales from outreach through close, consistently meeting or exceeding quota • Develop deep expertise in our product to deliver compelling, tailored demos and proposals • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to maximize inbound and outbound conversion • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline forecasts to leadership • Surface insights from the market to inform product and go-to-market strategy
