• 2-4+ years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (SaaS experience strongly preferred) • Track record of consistently hitting outbound activity and pipeline generation targets. • Comfortable running discovery conversations and demos, not just booking meetings. • Strong written and verbal communication. You can hold a prospect's attention and get to the point. • Self starter who thrives on high volume, high tempo outbound work. • Familiarity with the recruiting/HR tech space is a plus, not a requirement. • WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: • Consistent volume of qualified, sales ready opportunities handed off per month. • High show rate and conversion from discovery call to demo. • Clean, well documented handoffs that set the next owner up to close.
