Requirements
• We are looking for someone who combines strong partnership skills with sound commercial judgment. You will thrive in this role if you: • Have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles at a technology company, ideally in AI or infrastructure. • Have deep familiarity with the generative AI model landscape. • Are comfortable with numbers and can connect partnership decisions to business outcomes. • Can manage several partner relationships at once and build trust with senior stakeholders. • Have worked cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing. • Can operate with US and European timezone overlap, with flexibility for partners in Asia. • Thrive in fast-moving environments where you define the playbook rather than follow one. • Experience working with AI model or API providers. • Familiarity with usage-based or credit-based pricing. • Experience running co-marketing or channel partnerships. • This role is remote. The team operates across US and European time zones, so the ability to maintain meaningful overlap with both is important.
Responsibilities
• Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. • Build and manage relationships with image and video model providers. • Identify and evaluate new partners and models to bring to ElevenCreative. • Own the commercial side of our partnerships, working closely with finance. • Drive marketing including joint launches, campaigns, and co-marketing. • Work with product and engineering to shape which models we offer and when. • Support enterprise sales on partnership needs for large customers. • Stay close to the generative video landscape and the models creators and marketers want next.
