Requirements

• You are a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, ready to balance team management with direct technical contribution. Your deep understanding of marketing operations and customer journey optimization allows you to advise both your team and clients on the best technical solutions. Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team to understand client business objectives and translate them into technical requirements. • Drive the successful configuration and implementation of customized business rules, automations, and features in the Catalyst platform. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience for clients. • Use data to build audiences, manage segments, and optimize marketing strategies. • Continuously assess and advise on product improvements, always seeking ways to enhance the Catalyst platform. • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through the setup and optimization of their marketing automation setups, customer journeys, and lifecycle programs. • Experience working with a marketing automation platform, either, SFMC, adobe campaign or braze. • Who are you going to work with? • You’ll be working with a highly skilled team, including developers, architects, data specialists, and product managers, all focused on delivering exceptional products and customer experiences. You will also collaborate closely with other internal teams, including creative and client-facing experts, to drive success.
