Nutrafol - Sr. Manager, Sales Education - Salon

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as an educator or trainer in the beauty or supplement industry; valid cosmetology license required • Ability to travel by plane and care up to 50% for in-person trainings and conferences, as business dictates • In-depth knowledge of hair science, hair types, common hair concerns, and relevant hair care techniques • Strong understanding of supplement ingredients, their benefits, and proper dosage for hair health (knowledge of relevant certifications like a Certificate in Nutritional Supplements or Diploma in Nutraceutical Science is a plus) • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills • Proficient in creating and delivering engaging presentations and training sessions • Experience with curriculum development and instructional design • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools • Experience in creating multimedia educational content for presentations and training sessions (e.g., video production, graphic design, and Google Slides/Power Point) • Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable content • Creativity and ability to develop innovative and engaging learning experiences • Advanced Computer software skills in Google/Microsoft Suites • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and educational methodologies • Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package. • $120,000—$140,000 USD
