Benefits
• This role is foundational. We are standing up a dedicated Account Management function so that every signed enterprise customer has one clear commercial owner. You'll own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of the largest builders, contractors, developers, and multi-brand home-services platforms in the country — protecting renewals, closing expansion, and turning signed agreements into compounding partnerships. Every one of those accounts gets a single, named commercial owner for the life of the relationship. That's you. • You carry a quota and own the number: renewals, upsell, cross-sell, new-product and business-unit expansion. Implementation owns onboarding and go-live, Ops owns the day-to-day operating cadence, and Customer Success owns account health and adoption. You own everything commercial from the moment an account clears its opt-out window, and you convert delivered value into retained and expanded revenue. • Competitive salary, uncapped commission, and meaningful equity in a high-growth company • 100% company-paid base medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees + healthcare FSA • 401(k) savings plan • Unlimited PTO and paid family leave • Home office & equipment stipend • Daily in-office lunch and dinner provided • Commuter benefits (pre-tax transit and parking)
