Requirements
• You have experience in a commercial or sales development role (e.g. SDR/BDR), with exposure to SaaS or software sales and a solid foundation in customer discovery, qualification, and value-based conversations. • You are eager to learn about selling IT infrastructure solutions or managed services and understand how value can be created through reliability, risk reduction, and business continuity—not just cost. • You demonstrate good interpersonal skills and are comfortable building relationships with customers and internal or external partners. • You have an interest in structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC or similar) and are motivated to apply them in practice. • You are proactive, motivated, and take ownership of your work, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales role. • You are fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written) and willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
• Own and manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing. • Act as primary point of contact for assigned partners (broker and MSP), ensuring engagement, enablement, and deal progression. • Build and maintain pipeline mainly through partner engagement and follow-up on marketing leads. • Apply solution selling principles: identify customer pain points, sell the value of minimizing risk, articulate why Eye’s solutions are worth investment. • Recognize opportunities for market growth within assigned region and partner ecosystem. • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams and represent Eye at industry events.
