Requirements

• 5+ years of closing experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a top-performer track record. • Proven ability to sell into complex organizations and navigate multi-threaded deals. • Demonstrated success in net-new logo acquisition and expansion (land-and-expand motion). • Experience selling technical SaaS platforms (AI, developer tools, OSS, or infrastructure strongly preferred). • Fluency in value-based selling, MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar methodologies. • Ability to collaborate across functions (SEs, FDEs, Product, Leadership) to close strategic deals. • Strong executive presence and comfort selling to VP- and C-level stakeholders. • Experience selling AI/ML, document intelligence, data infrastructure, or orchestration products. • Familiarity with developer-first sales cycles and technical POCs. • Track record of multi-year, high-ACV enterprise deals. • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, security, and compliance in enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Source, develop, and close new enterprise logo accounts. • Build and manage executive-level relationships, including champions and decision-makers. • Lead discovery, value-driven sales cycles, and enterprise negotiations. • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and product specialists to run tight POCs based on success criteria. • Prioritize and advance opportunities effectively from lead to close to drive repeatable bookings. • Consistently achieve or exceed ARR and pipeline targets. • Provide structured customer feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. • Represent LlamaIndex at industry events, conferences, and customer workshops.
