Requirements
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a sales related environment • Strong performance track record • Experience with Salesforce.com • Experience with Outreach.io • Solid fundamental skills in cold calling, prospecting, researching, copywriting and opportunity qualification • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
• Hit and exceed monthly quota • Deliver qualified meetings and generate sales qualified opportunities with an emphasis on quality • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly performance results • Collaborate with teammates on the BDR team to continually improve systems, tools and processes • Collaborate with AE’s to multi-thread and generate new outbound business opportunities
Benefits
• Starting Salary: $60,000 • On Target Commission: $30,000 • Competitive Equity Package • Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
